I understаnd thаt оnline аssessments will be prоctоred by Honorlock. I must show my testing environment through a room scan or environment photo before starting any assignment. I have carefully reviewed the proctoring instructions, etiquette expectations, and technology requirements found in the “Honorlock Requirements and Information” module in this Canvas course. I understand that all students are expected to adhere to policies and procedures found within this module. I also understand that failure to adhere to the requirements will result in a loss of all points associated with the assignment. I must prepare to take remote tests/quizzes and complete writing assignments as if I were working in the classroom while relying entirely upon what I had studied and being actively monitored by my instructor. The instructor can review each completed exam/assignment to ensure that I followed all requirements. Whether or not a student has met requirements for academic integrity is left entirely to the discretion of the instructor. My second camera must be placed at an angle approximately three to six feet from me. It must clearly show a side or partial-side view of my face, along with a clear view of my hands, keyboard, desk/table/countertop, and computer screen.
