Before starting the proctoring software: I [2] close out all programs except for the internet browser used to take the assessment. After the assessment: I [20] upload all scratch work and/or this agreement if requested by the instructor by the specified time constraints. If not, I [21] penalized. Acknowledgement: I [21] read and understand the guidelines.  If I have any questions, I will ask my instructor.  I [22] that a violation of the guidelines and/or suspicious behavior does not mean that I cheated, but can result in receiving a 0 for the assessment.
