Hours before the game started he began running a high fever and he was having major pain in his left lower back. He was sent to ER. Upon admit the physician ordered blood culture x 2 because of his high fever and symptoms. Mr. Ragnar 's blood work showed that he had a bacterial infection and also that he was severely dehydrated. Ragnar admitted that he had not been keeping up with his hydration in the Louisiana heat. Ragnar was admitted for observation while the cultures were running, and he had to miss the big game.
