Pre/pоstоperаtive diаgnоsis: Recurrent phimosis аnd balanitis Procedure: Circumcision Operative Report: 8 yo patient with recurrent phimosis and balanitis presents to surgical suite for circumcision. After the patient was positioned, general anesthesia was administered. The area was prepped and draped in a sterile fashion. Foreskin was clamped and retracted. Incision was made below the glans penis and the remaining foreskin was removed utilizing surgical scissors. Electrocautery was performed and (10) 4-0 absorbable sutures were placed. Petroleum jelly was applied to incision and sterile gauze was placed over sutures. Patient was sent to recovery and tolerated procedure well. [BLANK-1]
