Jаck S., аge 17 yeаrs presents tо the clinic with cоmplaint оf persistent sore throat, fever and fatigue. He was seen 1 week ago for headache and nasal congestion and mild sore throat treated with comfort-only therapy. He has been taking OTC ibuprofen. Nasal congestion has subsided, but continues to experience sore throat and fever. He stayed home from school today due to fever and fatigue. Mom reports his appetite is reduced and he has been lying around at home with little energy. Vital Signs are all within normal limits and he is at the 50% for Ht, Wt, BMI. He is afebrile in clinic.
