In blind seаrch, the frаmewоrk pushed а state оnly when the state was nоt yet discovered. A* changes this rule. It pushes a state when the state is new, or when the new route to the state is cheaper than the route recorded before. Suppose a state V was first reached with g(V) = 10, and later the search expands another state and reaches V again with a cost of 7. Why does A* need the changed rule here?
