Toolbar You can use the toolbar to access tools you may need during your assessment. The tools available will depend on the assessment settings. Pop-In During your assessment, a proctor may reach out to you if they are concerned about a potential issue. When this happens, the assessment is briefly paused and a proctor will contact you to come to a resolution. This is an opportunity for you to receive support and is not meant to add stress. The following screenshot shows an example of what this looks like: Live Support You can contact Honorlock's live support at any point during your assessment. In the Honorlock toolbar, one of these two options will appear based on our Honorlock integration. Click on either to initiate a live chat with their support team for real-time assistance on using Honorlock and the Honorlock extension. If you have trouble accessing any of these items, please reach out to your teacher.
