Hаrtwell Cоrpоrаtiоn recently rolled out а company-wide skills training program. Due to scheduling constraints, not all employees were able to complete the training during the initial rollout period. HR collected post-assessment scores for both groups. Open the HRAnalytics_Quiz3_Data.xlsx file. Column A contains scores for employees who completed the training; Column B contains scores for those who did not. Using the Analysis ToolPak (Data tab > Data Analysis), run a t-Test. Attach or include a link to your completed file. (Click on the More... [triple dot] icon to see the upload document button.) Then answer the following: (a) Is the difference statistically significant? State your conclusion and explain what the p-value tells you in this context. (b) Write 3 to 4 sentences communicating this finding to senior leadership. Lead with the business question, not the statistic. Do not use the words t-test, p-value, or statistically significant in your response.
