The histogram has 1-year interval for mother age on the x-axis, and the percentage frequency on the y-axis. For example, looking at the third bar in the graph, we can say that 4% of all first-time mothers in 1980 were 16 years old. Hint: The fact that the values on the vertical axis are expressed as a percentage rather than a count should NOT affect your approach to the next two questions.
