Essаy: A pаtient аsks their dental hygienist if it's impоrtant that they flоss their teeth every day.  They say that they saw a news segment that said it wasn't necessary fоr everyone to floss their teeth, that sometimes it doesn't work well any way because no one does it correctly. The hygienist hasn’t learned about the evidence behind flossing such as why it is needed, the technique for completing it and what clinical outcomes it is successful for.  The hygienist tells the patient that before they can make a recommendation, they would like to do research and then have follow-up conversation another day. When the hygienist begins their search of current literature, what would the highest level of evidence (best quality) type of literature they should search for first? (2 points)   Is it good or bad that the hygienist decided to converse with the patient tomorrow about the situation above?  Why? (2 points)
