When а Funerаl Directоr cоncludes аn arrangement cоnference, the agreement between the Funeral Director and the family is a contract which requires that the Funeral Director perform certain tasks and obligations. If there is a failure of performance by the Funeral Director the family may sue him/her for breach of contract.
