Blood pressure is 110/70 mmHg, heart rate is 105 beats per minute, respiratory rate is 24 breaths per minute, and oxygen saturation is 96% on room air. An ECG shows diffuse ST-segment elevations. The patient’s labs reveal a white blood cell count of 15,000/mm³, an elevated C-reactive protein (CRP), and elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR).
