Anаtоmy аnd Physiоlоgy involves а lot of memorization. It is not possible to memorize the content of two or three chapters in one day. I have to make sure to set aside time every day to read my book and practice the PAL exercises. Repetition in learning the textbook chapters and looking at the figures and anatomy pictures can help me do better in the course.
