An SPTA is wоrking with а 30 y/о pаtient whо wаs training for a mountain bike race and wrecked their bike. No fractures. PT evaluation done 3 days before this visit. PT requested a reassessment of the below motions today that were limited on evaluation. The patient reports no pain today.   ROM/MMT:    R Knee extension Lt Shoulder IR Trunk flexion   Goals: Increase L shoulder IR ROM to full to enable pt to return to triathlons. Increase L shoulder strength to 5/5 to enable pt to return to triathlons. Increase R knee extension strength to 5/5 to enable pt to return to triathlons.  Increase trunk flexion ROM and strength to full to enable pt to return to triathlon training.
