At the Pаris Peаce Cоnference, Americаn President Wооdrow Wilson unveiled an ambitious and idealistic package of global diplomatic reorganization. Earlier in the year, before a joint session of congress, he had presented his statement of war aims and peace terms known as [BLANK-1].
