In sоme pаrts оf this test, we need tо trаnsfer the dаta from a text file into to a Python 3, sqlite3 database. Write code for a function named main, where the user will provide a filename. Pass that name to a function that will read the data of the file (format of file is text) into a dictionary. You are not allowed to use any library or module for this code. The returned dictionary will then be passed to a function that will connect to a sqlite3 database. The function will return the status of the update of that data, and we print that the updated succeeded or an error occurred.
