HEENT Reports recurrent unilateral headaches, photophobia, phonophobia, and nausea during headaches. Denies vision loss, diplopia, hearing loss, tinnitus, nasal congestion, sore throat, or dysphagia. Fundoscopic examination reveals sharp optic disc margins without papilledema. Visual fields intact by confrontation.
