A 35-yeаr-оld mаn presents with а 3-week histоry оf recurrent headaches.  If the headache episodes occur during the night they wake him up from sleep. The pain is severe and the lasts anywhere between 10 to 45 minutes with approx. 4-10 episodes a day.  The pain is located behind his right eye.  There is often associated ipsilateral conjunctival injection and nasal discharge.  He recalls having had similar headache episodes about 5 years ago.  His physical is normal.   What type of headache is most consistent with the above findings?
