A 28-yeаr-оld client with bipоlаr disоrder is аdmitted to the psychiatric unit during a manic episode. The client has slept only 2 hours in the past 3 nights and is constantly moving around the unit. During the assessment, the nurse observes the following behaviors:The client states, “I am the most powerful person in this hospital. I have special abilities that allow me to control everything around me.”The client rapidly changes from one topic to another, stating, “I am going to become famous, the fame will bring money, money buys cars, cars need roads, roads lead everywhere!”The client attempts to give another client $2,000, stating, “I have plenty of money, and everyone should have some.”The client repeatedly says, “I need to buy a chair because I care, share, and dare!”Which interpretation of the client's behavior by the nurse is most accurate?

Fоr оur finаl exаm, we аre gоing to write a timed essay on Shelley’s Frankenstein. This is our first shot at writing about a novel, but I don’t want you to freak out or overthink this. It’s literally the exact same thing we’ve been doing all semester, albeit on a larger scale. You do not have to cover every single detail of the book, nor do you have to hit on all of the literary techniques we’ve covered this year. The key to success here is to have a very specific thesis and to keep your writing clear, simple, and tight. Requirements: Your essay should be 500-1000 words in length. No, it may not be any longer. If it gets any longer, that means your focus is too broad. Narrow it down. Your essay should be formatted using MLA style citations citations (based on your copy of the book). I am NOT going to give you essay prompts. Instead, you should come up with an argument that incorporates THEME and at least one other literary technique (conflict, symbolism, character motivation, etc.). Work with a theme that is highly supportable and easy to work with.  You need to use a copious amount of evidence from the text. This will mean poring through the novel again to find the best pieces. It might be wise to engage in a second reading of the novel as you go. You may prepare your list of quotes ahead of time, and you may use both the Class Notebook and Discussion Board for support as you plan and write. Because this is a timed essay, we won’t be taking it through multiple drafts as we’ve done with processed pieces in the past. While you cannot write the essay before the exam, you may, however, use your book, your notes/outline, the Class Notebook, and your discussion boards as you write during the exam period. May the odds be ever in your favor.
