Cоmputer Requirements All exаms fоr this cоurse will be аdministered through Cаnvas and proctored by Honorlock, which is an online proctoring service that uses a combination of AI and live proctors to monitor students during online exams. When using Honorlock, you will be prompted to download the Honorlock Chrome Extension and the Honorlock Desktop App, both of which require the use of the Google Chrome web browser running on a Windows or Mac computer. Chromebooks and iPads are not supported and cannot be used to take exams for this course. The Chrome Extension and Desktop App can be removed from your computer once you complete each exam. To verify your computer meets the minimum system requirements for running Honorlock, vist Honorlock support and scroll about half way down the page until you see the Minimum Requirements section and then click on the Run System Check and Test Internet Speed links. Even though Chromebooks are supported by Honorlock, they cannot run the Honorlock Desktop App and therefore, cannot be used for this class. A stable internet connection is required while taking each exam. If you plan to use a laptop, it's your responsibility to make sure it's fully charged and plugged in before beginning an exam. Only one monitor may be in use while taking an exam. All other monitors must be disconnected while using Honorlock.
