In the future, аs Mr. Green cоntinues tо grоw, Rich reаlizes thаt they need to expand the Keyport, NJ facility to increase production capacity. Mr. Green Tea hires a construction company, Carroll Construction Group, to build a new 5,000 square foot addition to the facility. The existing production facility is on the main street of downtown Keyport, NJ, and Rich is worried about the possibility of a pedestrian on the sidewalk or a motorist on the busy road in front of the facility being injured a result of the on-going construction process.  Before Carroll Construction Group begins any work, Rich wants to ensure that if any property damage or bodily injuries occur as a result of the construction process; that Mr. Green Tea will not bear the financial responsibility for those risks.   Which risk treatment option would be a good solution for Rich to alleviate his concerns regarding the construction of the addition to the Keyport manufacturing facility?
