Description: Bladder biopsies were taken of the dome, posterior bladder wall and lateral side walls. Bugbee was used to fulgurate the biopsy sites to diminish bleeding. Cystoscope was replaced with the cystoscope designed for the GreenLight laser. We introduced this into the patient's urethra and performed GreenLight laser ablation of the prostate down to the level of verumontanum on, the prostatic crest near the wall of the urethra.
