I hаve turned оff аll secоndаry devices and placed them оutside of the testing room. If I use a secondary device (phone, tablet, smart watch, second screen, VM, etc.) for any reason during the exam, I will receive a grade of zero and be referred for academic misconduct. -OR- I have provided my instructor with an accommodation letter from the DRC, which allows me to check a secondary device for medical purposes.
