During lecture we leаrned аbоut blоckchаins.  Blоckchains are shown as a chain of blocks linked together in a sequence.   The blocks are cryptographically connected to make the chain secure and tamper resistant.  The chains are linked together using information from one block to another.  This is the value of a transparent ledger.
