After the sale of the drug, Devlin MacGregor was sued by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Norther District of Illinois federal district court for violating FDA regulations. The FDA subsequently revoked approval of the drug. Devlin MacGregor suffered massive economic losses.

She climbed into the car, but when the conversation got heated, she asked him to pull over and let her out. He refused and continued to drive around Ogden, hitting her in the head, and screaming at her that she would never see her children again. He drove for 3 miles, and then a little dog ran into the road, and Margo slammed on his brakes to avoid hitting the dog. Stephanie used that chance to dive out the car door.
