Cоurse Cоntrаct I hаve lоoked over the informаtion in the GETTING PREPARED and in the GETTING STARTED modules, and I understand the expectations and requirements of this course, especially as it relates to the following: I understand that I am responsible for knowing the due dates and submission locations as noted on my Assignment Schedule/Course Calendar file in Getting Started. I understand that all assignments must be submitted on time. Late work is not permitted. However, at the end of the semester, students will be able to revise or submit one composition assignment for a higher grade. Assignments are due at 11:59 PM on their posted due dates unless otherwise stated. All technical issues must be documented with a time and date stamp. Not all technical issues may constitute an emergency. Students with technical issues should use computers and internet access at the local public library and/or a PTC campus in order to complete work on time. I understand I need to check D2L Announcements and Email at least every other day. I understand that there are D2L tutorials available to me and that I need to know how to use D2L to be successful in this course. I understand that all of my grades and my Current Average will be available to me in D2L. I understand that I will have detailed feedback on my work and that I need to ask my instructor (at the appropriate time) when I do not understand something. I understand any questions or concerns should be discussed privately with my instructor. I understand that all of my assignments must be submitted electronically to D2L. I understand that these rules and standards are in place to protect the equity of all students. I understand that engaging in the following actions will greatly improve my ability to be successful in this course: Following instructions Submitting assignments by the due date Using previous feedback to improve future work Properly documenting sources and submitting original work Contacting my instructor with any concerns and/or questions I understand and will adhere to all PTC Academic, Financial, and Honor Policies in the syllabus.
