Pt denies chest pain, fever, recent illness, asthma or COPD. Meds: captopril, Lipitor, and ASA although they are noncompliant in taking them. Exam: Productive cough with frothy sputum. VS: BP 180/110; P 100; ECG rhythm below; 12 L ECG shows no acute ischemia; R 28 and labored; SpO2 78%; capnography 45 with square waveform.
