She is breathing faster with fever and mom reports the cough sounds "congested." Minimal nasal discharge. Denies sore throat or HA. No vomiting or diarrhea but patient has complained of right side abdominal pain especially when she coughs. On physical exam, you note HEENT normal, no lymphadenopathy, lungs with diminished breath sounds to RLL, no crackles, no wheezing, heart RRR, no murmur, abdomen soft, non-tender, no hepatosplenomegaly, no rash.
