Way 4 For this strategy, the student lines the one ray up with the marking of 30 degrees along the top arc (and 150 degrees on the inner arc) and reads where the other ray hits the outer arc to be 163 degrees.  Since there is span of 163 - 30 degrees between the two rays, the measure of the angle is 133 degrees.
