Paula walked into her front yard to flip the switch and turn the rocking horse on. However, when Paula touched the switch on the box containing the electric motor, she sustained a severe electrical shock. Later investigation revealed that the switch had not been properly grounded when the rocking horse was made; thus, this permitted the switch on the rocking horse to become energized with electricity, which resulted in the electrical shock sustained by Paula.
