You will see the video camera running in the corner, even when you leave the Canvas platform to take the assessment. If you fail to take the exam with monitoring throughout the entirety of the exam, this will result in a zero on the exam. If a technical issue prevents an exam from being completed under the required proctoring conditions and the testing platforms and proctoring platforms cannot troubleshoot and assist; you are expected to stop testing, close of out of ExamSoft (this may require a force shut down of your computer), notify the instructor, and wait for further instructions to be received during normal business hours.
