[Fаcts] Pоlice hаve leаrned frоm a cоnfidential informant about a plan to move heroin through LAX airport. The informant has indicated that Able has swallowed a baggie of heroin which he will expel sometime after landing in Miami. The informant has no previous experience with the police. The informant is a former roommate of Able’s who indicated that Able is always dropped off at the airport in a black Toyota Corolla for a midnight flight, 1 hour before takeoff and pays for his ticket at the counter with $50 bills. The police then observe that on two occasions Able arrived and acted just as predicted by the informant. On the basis of the information from the informant the police obtain a warrant. Able is arrested as he was attempting to board the plane. He is then taken to the hospital where he is given suppositories for a four-hour period to induce a bowel movement.
