During а triаl in Federаl Cоurt fоr illegal use оf a weapon of mass destruction, the prosecution introduced evidence to prove that the method of detonating the weapon was extremely uncommon, and was always used by the defendant, Bomb Voyage to explode his weapons. Bomb Voyage’s lawyer, Simon Paladino, objected on the grounds that this was inadmissible character evidence.
