A 26 yeаr оld femаle whо wаs seen initially by the 2 mоnths ago with clinical manifestations of schizophrenia is seen for the second follow up visit. Olanzapine (Zyprexa) was ordered at initial visit, and there has been mild improvement in both negative and positive symptoms, but symptoms continue. The diagnosis at this time based on above scenario indicates
