Dо nоt tаke the quiz twice in the sаme study sessiоn, There must be а break of at least several hours between the first and second attempts.  If a second attempt is made shortly after the first, the second score will revert to 0 and the 0 will be included in the final score for the assessment.  In the event that you do not make your first attempt by Sunday evening, you should NOT re-take the quiz because there is insufficient time to do so before the quiz ends. As with all weekly quizzes, you may take this one two times and your final score will be the average of the two attempts. You must allow 4-6 hours between attempts. You are encouraged to review topics you are unsure of between the first and second attempts. Retaking the quiz immediately following the first attempt will result in a 0 on the second attempt.  If you are satisfied with your score on the first attempt, you are not required to retake it. The deadline for completing weekly quizzes, including second attempts is always 2359 Sunday of the week they are assigned. You may not use any additional materials to take the quiz. This includes note cards, outlines, textbook, Internet searches, Phone-A-Friend, etc.  Any indication of collusion, and/or cheating will be reported to the office of Conflict Education & Student Accountability (CESA) and will be recommended for a sanction, such as a deduction of points or grade of zero on the quiz. Repeat incidences may result in course failure, suspension from your program or dismissal from the university. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: After taking the quiz, you will not be given access to the questions and answers. This is MLS Department policy.  The week following each quiz I will post an announcement stating the topics that appeared most problematic for the group.
