IF YOUR QUIZ TIMER HASN'T STARTED YET and you’re still in the process of going through all the steps to activate Honorlock before the test and you run into a tech problem, try the following:1. close out of the test,2. log out of Blackboard,3. close all your browser tabs,4. clear your cache and cookies,5. close down Google Chrome,6. power down your device entirely,7. wait a couple minutes, then re-start your device (making sure you’re NOT using a Chromebook or Tablet/ipad)8. double check you’re using Google Chrome as your web browser, and relaunch Google Chrome9. sign back into Blackboard and re-start your test If that doesn’t work, follow the steps and guidance in the "What to do if your have Tech Issues Doc," linked in the CLASS SUPPORT Module.
