Yоu аre cаlled tо treаt a 78-year-оld female with fatigue and lower back pain. Upon your arrival you note the patient is sitting in a chair, fully reclined. The patient appears to be in significant discomfort and states "It has never been this bad before". As you begin your examination, the patient states that her uterus has prolapsed, which is causing her pain. She states that this has happend several times before, but this is the worst it has ever been. Upon physical examination there is a significant amount of tissue which has prolapsed. The patients vital signs are: HR - 108, BP - 126/84, RR - 14, SPO2 - 100% on room air. EKG monitoring is applied and shows Sinus Tachycardia with no ectopy.
