Make sure each of your graphs include: a short title at the top of the graphs, a price label on the y axis, a quantity label on the x axis, and label each curve by writing D next to the demand curve and S next to the supply curve. Now that you have your graphs drawn, answer the following questions by talking into your camera and update the drawings as directed. Keep your face visible while doing so. You will use one graph for each question part. Part A) Using your first graph, assume we start at equilibrium. Now, record a short explanation of what causes a movement down the demand curve for used cars. On your graph, draw an arrow showing this movement. In your explanation, tell me how this tax cut changes the market equilibrium for used cars, and describe how the new equilibrium price and quantity compare to the original market outcome.
