Fаirfаx City оfficiаls decided tо inquire abоut their citizens' interest in mowing the lawn. Specifically they surveyed a random sample of 256 city residents who own a property with grass on it and posed the question, "Do you usually mow your lawn or do you hire a service to do it for you?" Of those surveyed 186 answered that they usually mow their lawn. A past survey of the entire city informed the officials that 65.1% of city residents who own a property with grass mow their own lawn. Suppose the process of taking random samples of size 256 from the population is repeated 10,000 times and a dot plot of the 10,000 sample proportions is created to generate the sampling distribution. Another process of repeated random sampling is completed, this time with samples of size 1,000. This process was repeated 10,000 times and another sampling distribution was created. Compare the standard errors of these two sampling distributions.
