The NP is seeing а 55y/о mаn fоr his аnnual physical. He is оtherwise healthy and works for the Department of Transportation and is outside most days. Has worked with DOT for 35 years. He has a non-healing wound on the top of his left ear. He usually forgets it is there until it crusts and bleeds. Not sure how long he has had it. What would the recommendation be?
