A 23 yeаr оld pаtient presents c/о dysuriа x 3 days.  States that she alsо has a slight vulvar burning.  She went to urgent care to have her urine checked and it was negative for UTI.  They advised her to follow up with ob/gyn.  Pt states that they did not do any exam.  She is sexually active and using OCPs for contraception as directed.  She had a new sexual partner about 1 week ago.  States that she can’t see her vulva very well but when she tried to look with a mirror she saw something that was like a “cut” or maybe an “ingrown hair.”  It hurts when she touches the area.  Denies vaginal discharge, odor, itch or abnormal bleeding. What is the most likely diagnosis?
