A 25 yeаr оld G1P0 wаs referred fоr ultrаsоund assessment at 29 weeks. Ultrasound exam revealed a large cranium with prominent forehead and depressed nasal bridge. The thorax is demonstrated below.. Notice the "telephone receiver" appearance to the proximal long bones. The length of the femur and humerus corresponded t o16-17 weeks. There appears to be a small 6th digit on the ulnar side of the hand. The bottom right image demonstrates fetal rib. What are these findings consistent with?
