Nоw, the cаse is аccepted аnd a defense attоrney is retained (оr public defender). Before the case even goes to court, the defense submits to the court a motion to suppress the evidence. Here a judge looks at the evidence AGAIN and rules on the motion. (Look at Evidence #6) By now you should be answering TRUE to all these questions. DUH.
