She also denies depression (PHQ9=2).  She is up to date on her pap. On review of her chart, you note she has gained 6 lbs .  Physical Exam: T 99.0, HR 88, BP 132/88 You have checked labs on her and these are the results.  WBC-8,300 Hb=14.1 TSH =9.3 (normal 0.300-4.2) Free T4= 0.40 (normal (0.60-1.70) What is your next course of action?
