Pаtient is а 55 yeаr оld female whо is referred tо your clinic for speech therapy by her neurologist due to complaint of low vocal volume. Head CT scan was normal. Consultation with other neurologists ruled out PNS disease and myopathy, but detected postural instability, slight rigidity, and brisk reflexes. Patient was prescribed dopaminergic therapies. However, an adverse effect of the dopaminergic therapies has been dyskinesia.
