A Microbiology lab team needed to gather information about their unknown bacterial species. The following tests were performed: Gram stain, Hektoen, thioglycollate (line marks where dye ends). Describe the gram reaction and its morphology/arrangement, its reaction on the Hektoen plate (be specific) and its oxygen requirement in the thioglycollate tube.
