MS Blue cоmes in cоmplаining оf sinus pressure thаt hаs not resolved since you last saw her 5 weeks ago. On her previous visit she stated that she has persistent sinus issues and does use a Nitty Pot on a regular bases. You determined she had Acute Sinusitis and gave her Amoxicillin/Clavulanate 875 mg BID for 10 days. You also prescribed Nasonex, nasal spray, with chin tuck and an antihistamine. Last week she called and said she was not any better and she finished her first round of antibiotics. You remind her to continue the nasal spray and antihistamine and prescribe her Doxycycline 150 mg bid for 10 days. Ms Blue is still not improving with your treatment plan, what is your next step?
